Welcome to XConsole for Mac OSX. The first release of Xilica XConsole for the Mac platform. In this Mac version you’ll find all the features allready familiar from the Windows based XConsole and we added 2 complete new features into the OSX version of XConsole. XConsole for Mac software is provided in Beta form, is still under development, and feedback from Mac users regarding any issues that need to be improved would be very much appreciated.

Xilica Audio Design Establishes USA Located Warehouse/Service Centers.
As of July 31st, 2012 Xilica Audio Design will begin shipping orders and providing repair services to its USA customers from two US located warehouse/service centers. One located just outside of Buffalo NY in Williamsville and a second in Ontario, California.
These two USA locations will provide our US customers with reduced delivery times, less expensive "next day" freight costs (when requested by customers) and provide faster and simplified repair service turnarounds. Since order shipments, service and product returns will emanate from and stay within the USA it also removes any potential Canada/US border delays and simplifies product returns for customers.

Xilica Audio Design Canada would like to inform you that as of Dec 15, 2011 Martech will no longer represent Xilica products in Canada.
Beginning Dec 16, 2011 (and more practically Jan 1, 2012) Xilica has signed an agreement with PAG Canada to represent Xilica Digital Processor Products across Canada. Xilica is very pleased to be working with the experienced, professional team at PAG Canada. It is a good fit for both companies and we anticipate healthy improvements in customer service satisfaction and sales growth over the coming years here in Canada with PAG on board.

To improve three aspects of our customer satisfaction goals, going forward dealers working with PAG Canada will be able to place their orders direct with Xilica and Xilica will ship orders direct to dealers. Secondly, we will be shipping orders to customers anywhere in Canada free of charge. Our third goal was to provide a Canada and USA price list with identical pricing which should remove any potential cross border shopping issues for our hard working Canadian dealers.
Our XD and XP Series Digital Processors continue to sell well and provide dealers and users with "best in class audio performance" and we have some new DSP products aimed specifically at the installation market coming on line in 2012. We now offer an A-quality range of loudspeaker processors at a very affordable price point and this has been finally recognized by the market. Comparing the first 3 months of this year with the same period last year the sales in Europe went up by a stunning 70%, the XP series being the most popular.
